Sara Guillen-Lopez MS, RD, CSP is a metabolic dietitian researcher with a specialty certification in pediatric nutrition at the National Institute of Pediatrics, in Mexico City. She has been working in the field of metabolic nutrition for over 14 years providing specialized care for children with metabolic disorders and ketogenic diets. Active member of GMDI since 2010 and she has been participating a few years ago being part of the International Committee and currently serving as Co-chair of the ad hoc Committee of International Workgroup
