Nathaly Aquino, MS, RD, LD, is a metabolic dietitian currently employed as Territory Manager the the Southwest region at Nutricia. She formally worked as a clinical metabolic dietitian at Texas Children's Hospital. Prior to being a dietitian she worked in food science for 4 years in roles such as R&D and QA Management in the food & beverage/ nutraceutical industries. She received her master’s in 2019 in Industrial Hygiene/ Environmental Health Science. As a GMDI member, she participated on the Technology Committee and is now a co-chair of the committee.
