Jessica Burfield, MS, RD, LDN worked as metabolic dietitian for 18 years at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She currently serves as the Director of Graduate Nutrition Programs at Immaculata University and is a consultant metabolic research dietitian at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As a GMDI member, she has served as treasurer and as a member of the conference planning committee. She is currently serving as GMDI President-Elect.
