Bridget Stroup is currently a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine. Bridget completed her Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison focused on the development of glycomacropeptide medical foods for the nutritional management of phenylketonuria. Bridget has experience working with patients with inborn errors of metabolism in both the clinical and research settings. Her current research is focused on understanding the etiology of phenotypes in urea cycle disorders using animal and cell models.
