Mary Sowa, MS, RD has worked at CHOC Children’s in the city of Orange, California for 26 years and in the metabolic clinic for the past 15 years.  She has specialty certifications in pediatrics, nutrition support and lactation education.  As a GMDI member she has participated in conference planning, the education committee.  She served as GMDI President-Elect (2017-2019), GMDI President (2019-2021) and is currently serving as GMDI Past President.
