Generate and Print Invoice

You can generate and print an invoice from the www.gmdi.org website:

• Select the product or products you desire and add to your cart, proceed to checkout.

• You will be asked for your shipping (even though we will not be shipping you anything) and billing information

•  Select “check” from the payment dropdown menu (it defaults to “credit card,” but once you pick “check,” the credit card info goes away).

• Continue through the process, and then click "submit order."
  

• You will see a confirmation order with an id # that can be printed as an invoice.
  

• This should be included with your payment.
  

• You will also receive an email with the order information that can be used as an invoice to whatever account is registered as a user.
